How are brands chosen to be listed on faircollab?
We have some general guidelines we consider when deciding whether or not to list a brand on faircollab, some of which include the following:
- The brand has a minimum "People" score of 4 on Good On You
- The brand operates under a Fair Trade certification
- The brand is an artisan or group of artisans that make their own collection of products

Size Charts - Can I trust them?

That's the million dollar question, right? The size charts on each product are the size charts from that particular brand, including descriptions for measurements and what to consider when ordering the product. We have unified the design of the size charts for, hopefully, a great shopping experience!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means our customers have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (except to try the item on) and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

There is a flat rate return processing fee of $7 per return that will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.
"Per return" is defined as one return package to one, individual brand.
We are not able to offer a direct exchange on an item. To ensure you get the item that you want, please return the item you have, and make a new purchase for the item you prefer.
Regarding an exchange, because we are not able to offer direct exchanges, we provide a $7 voucher that you can use within 30 days for your new item.

The best way to start a return is to sign-in to your account which can be accessed here at account.faircollab.com. You will receive a one-time pass-code to login.
From there, you can view your orders and select which item to return.
If you have any questions or need help, you are welcome to contact us.
What happens after I request a return?

When your return request is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package.
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Sales items can be returned. These items are marked on our shop with a bright yellow tag.
Final Sale items cannot be returned. These items are marked on our shop with a bright blue tag.

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. Mistakes can happen and we want to make it right.

To help keep shipping cost low, faircollab offers a $5 shipping flat rate in the US per brand. We also offer free shipping within the US on orders over $175.

Good question! We sell products from multiple brands to make it convenient for you to shop a variety of fair produced products in one convenient shop. If your total order includes products from different brands, then you will receive an individual package from each of them.

Absolutely! After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to track your package.

We plan to grow! However, at this time, we only ship within the United States.
In the future, we hope to expand to Canada and beyond.
