Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a Return & Refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (except to try the item on) and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

The best way to start a return is to sign-in to your account at account.faircollab.com.  From there, you can view your orders and select which item to return.

When your return request is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Processing Fee 

There is a flat rate return processing fee of $7 per return that will be deducted from your refund. 

"Per return" is defined as one return package to one, individual brand. 

Regarding Damages or Issues with Your Order

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Mistakes can happen and we want to make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Items Marked Final Sale Cannot be Returned or Refunded.

Final sale items are identified on our shop with a bright blue tag "Final Sale."

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a direct exchange on an item. To ensure you get the item that you want, please return the item you have, and make a new purchase for the item you prefer.

Because we are not able to offer direct exchanges, we provide you with a $7 voucher that you can use within 30 days for your new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
