Fair Anita partners with women artisans worldwide who handcraft their designs while earning a living wage that is 2–4 times the minimum wage, along with health insurance and educational opportunities. They work with locally led cooperatives, ensuring communities are guided by leaders who know their needs best. They prioritize safe, flexible working conditions—often including home-based work or workshops with childcare and proper safety standards. Through ongoing skills and talent development, they empower women to grow their businesses, create jobs, and become leaders in their communities.
